Renee Moseley
Caravonica State School
In Renee Moseley’s nearly 28 years of teaching she has demonstrated excellence in pedagogy, professional practice, and in building relationships with students and their families.
Past students often comment on Renee’s impact on their lives and many parents request each year that their children be placed in her class. Carvonica State School (CSS) colleague Margot Vandersar says Renee is “an exemplary role model of the most compassionate, kind and student-focused teacher”. “To Renee, the student-teacher relationship is the pinnacle attribute of the teaching-learning cycle. It is this trait that is admired by colleagues and parents alike,” Margo says. CSS Principal Michelle Davis says Renee is a very driven and passionate teacher.
“Renee has a very strong moral purpose, and works tirelessly to be the best she can be, so she can deliver on the outcomes she wants for her students,” Michelle says. “Her focus is student outcomes and success – academic and social,” she says. “Renee is also very supportive of her colleagues and is highly regarded across the school community – by staff, students and parents.” Congratulations Renee on your nomination.
