The Bardon State School teacher constantly evaluates how and why he is teaching and is not afraid to change his approach to suit the needs of each individual student.
 
An advocate for cooperative learning, Pree collaborates with students and parents alike to help his classes achieve the best results possible.

“Pree is an extremely thoughtful and talented teacher who actively engages the children and parents in his classroom, and his commitment to bringing out the best in every child is clear,” parent John Sawtell-Rickson said.

“Our son started off the year a bit reluctant about school, but now looks forward to going into Pree’s classroom and comes home energised with what he has learned that day,” he said.
 
Pree is still very much a student himself; he is constantly pushing the boundaries of his own education by continuing to study and explore new approaches to teaching.  

Described as possessing a professional humility, Pree actively listens to the students in his care to ensure that he understands their needs and is able to teach them in fun and engaging ways.
