His class consists of students of different ages who require additional support to conquer social, academic, physical and emotional challenges. Michael embraces the great diversity of his students’ needs, and develops creative learning experiences that consistently improve learning outcomes. He eagerly engages in a range of professional learning activities to broaden his knowledge in how to implement strategies that help students progress in their learning. |
Michael is particularly skilled in tailoring the National Curriculum to meet the needs and interest of his students.
His ability to create memorable and relatable lessons means students are really engaged, and are consistently taking away key learning points. Students in Michael's class are encouraged to be productive citizens in today's society as they strive to achieve the personal goals and expectations they set for themselves.
