The St Paul’s Catholic Primary School teacher has a gift for differentiating the curriculum to cater for the diverse social, emotional, and learning needs of all the students in her care. “Sue’s exemplary professional practices reflect her genuine commitment to her own learning, her conviction that schooling can make a positive difference, and the highly informed professionalism she brings to her work and relationships,” Deputy Principal Helene Fisher said. |
“Her determination to provide rigorous, appropriate, and engaging learning experiences has consistently and demonstrably provided a foundation for literacy and numeracy in our school.” Sue has become a leader within her school’s community of teachers, regularly assisting other teachers with curriculum planning and suggesting ways in which they can implement innovative teaching practices for early learners.
