Hannah Lee is a goal-driven and highly motivated educator who leads initiatives and school events as a Year Level Coordinator at Highland Reserve State School.
She embodies the philosophy of ‘every student succeeding’ and displays this in all that she does, both within her classroom and within the broader school community. Getting to know all students and their diverse needs is important to her as she knows this is what forges the meaningful, lifelong relationships necessary for student empowerment and self-confidence. Hannah uses practices incorporating ICT’s, making content relevant and meaningful to all students. She displays exemplary practice and skills and has also led others to develop their knowledge, problem-solving and critical thinking. |
Hannah has led professional development and various team and cohort meetings with enthusiasm and uses her knowledge to ensure that she and her colleagues are well prepared to guide students in creating successful futures.
Hannah prides herself on building relationships with students, families and staff through face-to-face and online communication platforms. She sees this aspect of being a teacher as the most important and strives every day to make meaningful connections. Congratulations Hannah on your Queensland College of Teachers Excellence in Beginning to Teach Award nomination. |
